Personally the details of life are the key to being rich. There is a saying 'If you want to be loved by fortune, you must have to learn how to love fortune to start with.' Here is a story about a famous man.
Once, a photographer, with his assistant, was waiting for a celebrity on an airfield. This photographer clearly knew this celebrity -- He regards money as his life. Therefore, they came up with a tricky idea before the celebrity arrived.
The photographer dropped a coin on the airfield. Then he stepped forward to his assistant and said ‘Let’s wait to see whether he will pick that coin up or not, but I bet he will.’
A moment later, the wealthy man came there in a hurry. Although, it was noisy on the airfield ‘Where should I stand, here?’ he spoke loudly from far away.
Suddenly he found there was a coin left behind on the ground. So, by the way, ‘Can I stand behind that coin?’ he added.
Meanwhile, he picked that coin up. So it was as the photographer said. At that time, the photographer and his assistant burst into laughter.
This man is so greedy for money, so he is rich. His name is Sam Walton, and he is well-known around the world as the founder of Wal-Mart. What if he didn’t have this particular behaviour, he wouldn’t be rich now I think.

Hello Wayne,
ReplyDeleteIt’s a very funny and instructive story. It gives us an example of how, a lot of times, rich people have become millionaire because of their attachment to money, be it a coin or one million dollars.

HI Wayne
ReplyDeleteI agree with your ideas sometimes. It's quite important to be greedy for money. But I think it's not enough if you just have a strong wish to be rich. The key to achieve fortune I think is effort. Sam Walton worked hard to achieve his dream.
Thanks.
Chris
